Dear researcher

My name is Lore Remmerie and I am a researcher at the Institute for Family and Sexuality Studies, at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven), Belgium. I am reaching out because I am currently conducting a study on participatory methods with young people in SRH research.

I am looking for researchers that have done participatory research with young people (10-24 years old) to participate in online interviews. Note that we focus less on intervention research, but more on research where young people were involved in data collection/analysis. As a first step of this study we have analyzed the existing literature on youth participation in SRHR research through a scoping review. As a next step, we want to conduct online interviews with researchers like yourself to reflect on the findings of the scoping review and to gather reflections from their own work in this area.

Your participation in this study would greatly contribute to our understanding of youth participation in SRH research and help us identify opportunities for future research and action in this field.

If you decide to participate, we will provide you with an informed consent form outlining the details of the study. Once we receive your consent, we will work with you to schedule an 1.5 hour online meeting at your convenience. The interviews will take place the last two weeks of October and November (optionally in December).
