As the largest longitudinal study examining gender and early adolescence, the GEAS is at a unique position to provide the necessary evidence to change local and global policy. We partner with local advocacy organizations already making strides in gender equality legislation to further support their efforts. Additionally, the Johns Hopkins Coordinating Center is working with other advocacy initiatives at the university to create a strategy aimed at international legislative bodies.
