Ester Magdalena Alvarez Cardenas, Bachelor of Social Work, from the Universidad Católica Raúl Silva Henríquez (UCSH) with a Certificated Program in Sexual and Reproductive Health of Adolescents, with emphasis on counseling at Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH), year 2014. Also, three Diplomas on Domestic Violence, Intervention in Child Abuse (UCSH, 2006); Social Expertise in Oral Trials (Universidad Católica de Chile, 2009); and Addictions, Prevention and Rehabilitation (USACH, 2017). She has participated in the microenterprises department of the “Yunus” Entrepreneurship Center (Municipality of Peñalolén, 2008-2010); in NGO Centra; therapeutic community in additions (2010) and in the Office of Protection of Rights of Children and Adolescents (OPD San Bernardo, 2010-2011).
