Launch of the GEAS Global Youth Advisory Board (GYAB)

We are delighted to announce the launch of the GEAS Global Youth Advisory Board (GYAB) with our first virtual meeting that took place in August 2021.

10 young people from around the world ranging in age from 15 to 22 years, across 6 of our global partners, met online. They gathered to get to know each other, learn more about the GEAS, and discuss ways they can be involved in research and advocacy.

We believe that decisions about youth should involve youth. It's important to us to make sure young people have an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. The aim of our GYAB is to provide a vehicle for young people to express their ideas and to ensure that their voices are heard and reflected in our research and advocacy.
